Hello! My name is Ashley Han.
I am a designer and narrator behind the computer and camera, creating visuals that convey stories, leaving the viewer wanting more.
UI/UX Designer
I began my journey as an UI/UX Designer December 2021 with Georgia Tech’s Bootcamp. Six month’s and several projects later, I am a certified UI/UX Designer. The journey that goes into mobile app and website development is my favorite part, other than seeing the final product. I get to see the results from user interviews, competitor analyses, and usability testings get turned into wireframes, prototypes, and then a finished interactive product. Even then, it’s not a finished product because there is always room for improvement: necessary changes to keep up with the trends, material/content updates, and rebranding in the future. I want to create platforms that make the users happy, which correlates to the business’ happiness and success.

Photography
Photography has always been a hobby of mine, whether it is incorporated in my current role or for personal purposes. I believe my passion for capturing moments and the small details are due to growing up with my mom doing that for me; she would always take photos and home videos, recording memories in tangible forms for me to go back and look at. My appreciation for photography grew when I started taking film photography classes in college. Learning film helped me hone in my eye when it came to capturing moments because with film, you only get a couple of chances to get it right or else it starts to get expensive. Building off of those skills and that foundation, I was able to incorporate it into my digital photography, making it easier to find the perfect lighting, angle, and subject.
